The leader of Turkey’s digital transformation, Turk Telekom, continued to transfer its technology expertise and experience to all areas of life in 2023 while continuing its investments and efforts with an innovative approach that produces and exports innovative technologies. Turk Telekom, which increased its consolidated revenues to 100.2 billion TL with a 9.6% increase on an annual basis in 2023, realized total investment of 25.8 billion TL. The company projects that in 2024, operational revenues will grow by approximately 11-13%, the consolidated EBITDA margin will be in the range of 36-38%, and the ratio of investment spending to revenue will be in the range of 27-28%.
With customer satisfaction-oriented work, Turk Telekom has achieved successful scores, with a total subscriber base of 52.9 million, while maintaining a strong growth momentum in the mobile sector. As of the end of 2023, Turk Telekom became the most preferred operator in mobile number portability for nine consecutive quarters, increasing its mobile subscriber base to 26.2 million.
With the understanding of “not in one city of the homeland but in every city,” Turk Telekom continued to work tirelessly by weaving all districts and villages with end-to-end fiber networks in all 81 provinces. By the end of 2023, the company increased its fiber infrastructure length to 437 thousand kilometers. The fiber network, covering 31.4 million households by the end of 2022, reached 32.2 million households by the end of 2023.
Through its venture capital fund Turk Telekom Ventures, which supports new generation technologies and ventures, Turk Telekom invested in portfolio companies with a total value of 190 million dollars. Turk Telekom, which plays a locomotive role in the digitalization of businesses with data center, cybersecurity, and cloud computing solutions, continued to maintain its position as the “Market Leader” in the Cybersecurity Services Category for three years in a row according to the Turkey Cybersecurity Market Analysis Report published by the International Data Corporation (IDC).

In 2023, Turk Telekom achieved record annual postpaid net subscriber gain with 1.6 million subscribers.
